Notes Legendary Incredible Gorgeous Mega Rare Promotional Box Set only handfuls were made. It was sent *only* to voting members of the Motion Picture Oscar Academy and voting members of the Hollywood Foreign Press for Golden Globe Award consideration. The box set includes:

(1) sealed copy of the 2-CD set (promo saw-cut on spine) / (2) 128-page 'The Making Of Evita' softback book by Alan Parker (director) / (3) 16 Page Press Information Booklet / (4) postcard set in custom envelope / (5) 10 different 10 x 8" Promo Only Press photos / (6) 18 Film-Photo Negatives issued inside a wallet with info sheet for each negative and permission for the use of the Negatives for promotional purposes / (7) Black Folder that houses all the Pictures, Slides and Booklet

Housed in a hessian style 11" x 15" x 3½" black box with a classic sepia image attached to the front and back along with movie credits. This wonderful Box is held together by Red Ribbon and folds out to show the great funeral Umbrella Scene Image from the Film. These two flaps then fold over again to show the inside of the Box with all contents.

Thanks in part to this elaborate campaign item, Madonna won Best Actress at the Golden Globes for her iconic role as the Argentine political leader Eva Perón, and the acclaimed single 'You Must Love Me' won the Academy Award for best song from a motion picture.
